What You'll Do:

As an Entry-Level Accountant, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our financial processes run smoothly. Key responsibilities include:

Financial Statement Preparation

: Assist in creating and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Account Reconciliation

: Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and receivable to maintain accuracy.

Revenue and Expense Tracking

: Monitor and report on revenue streams and expenses to ensure profitability.

Bookkeeping Cleanup

: Help organize and improve our financial records, making our books accurate and audit-ready.

What We're Looking For:

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or nearing completion).

Skills

: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and analytical thinking.

Tools

: Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) and Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

Attitude

: A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and a team player ready to collaborate with our creative crew.

Bonus Points

: Prior experience or internships in bookkeeping, financial reporting, or reconciliations.
