Bookkeeper
Job Description
Randstad Professionals is currently seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper for a temp role based in Claymont, Delaware. This position is full time, MOnday - Friday from 8AM - 5PM, pays $25 - $30 an hour and will last through the end of the year. Top candidate will have full cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll experience, as well as proficiency with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online. Responsibilities
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Multi-state payroll processing
- Generating weekly and monthly financial reports
- Assist with month end close process
- Accounts Receivable (2 years of experience is required)
- billing (non-medical) (2 years of experience is required)
- Payroll (2 years of experience is required)
- QuickBooks (2 years of experience is required)
- Experience level: Experienced
