both English and Spanish

We are happy to provide
basic training
, but prior experience is required in programs such as
QUICKBOOKS
and
MICROSOFT SOFTWARE
( EXCEL, WORD, ETC.). Its important to have a positive attitude, strong communication skills, able to work under pressure, and the ability to stay organized while handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer phone calls, take messages, and assist customers with questions
Communicate clearly with clients in
English and Spanish
Keep work area clean and organized
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
Support the team with office tasks as needed
Maintain a calm and helpful attitude, even during busy times
What We're Looking For
Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
knowledge of
Microsoft Word and Excel
Trustworthy and respectful of confidential information
