Key Responsibilities

? Follow safety protocols and uphold hazard prevention standards.

? Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and industrial systems.

? Identify and mitigate maintenance risks on equipment.

? Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues.

? Clean, adjust, and repair systems while performing warranty services.

? Test and troubleshoot installations post-completion.

? Be available for overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

? Execute additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

? Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

? EPA Universal Refrigerant Handling License or willingness to pursue

? Journeyman's License or willingness to pursue.

? Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and work in all seasons.

? Strong customer service and communication skills.

? Willingness to learn advanced boiler/burner technology and troubleshooting.

? Pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and background check for some projects.
