Job Description

The Boat Coordination and Guest Services Specialist is an important full time position throughout the year. June through September the focus will be on coordinating boat rental schedules and deliveries as the \xe2\x80\x9cgo to\xe2\x80\x9d peer leader in the boat rental department. As a peer leader, responsibilities include creating weekly and daily schedules, ensuring all supplies and team members are available and cared for, boats are \xe2\x80\x9cguest ready\xe2\x80\x9d and reservations are appropriately fulfilled. The rest of the year this position can expect a variety of opportunities to learn and contribute as a Guest Services Specialist within the friendly, dynamic team at Vacation Rental Authority. The ability to switch comfortably from a desktop in the office to apps in the field is critical. Additionally, the ability to learn quickly, be physical on the job as needed, adapt and prioritize will be second nature for the successful candidate. This role carries a high level of responsibility throughout the year, and is ideal for a well-rounded individual looking for the next step in their career within a seasoned, supportive team of professionals. Communication strengths are a must through all channels, written, verbal and in person.
