Job Description



Responsibilities



Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs Monitor client progress and update programming as needed Maintain clear, timely documentation Communicate professionally with families and team members Ensure services follow ethical and clinical standards

Qualifications



Active BCBA certification Master's degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to work independently in home-based settings Experience supervising RBTs preferred but not required
