We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team! The ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to providing evidence-based treatment, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to lead and mentor a team of behavior technicians.

Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS, functional assessments) and create individualized treatment plans for clients. Design, implement, and supervise ABA programs in home, school, and clinical settings. Monitor progress through data collection, data analysis, and regular client assessments. Provide supervision, training, and support for RBTs and other team members. Communicate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of treatment. Attend and contribute to regular clinical team meetings. Maintain ethical and professional standards in line with the BACB and state regulations.

Requirements:

Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Current BCBA certification and licensure in Louisiana. Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Strong skills in behavior assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Proficiency in ABA software and data collection tools preferred.
