Our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) work in a variety of settings, including schools, client homes, and behavior treatment programs. Aspire Behavior Consulting supports individuals across the lifespan and works with a wide range of disabilities and support needs. Ideal candidates are passionate about collaboration, committed to meaningful client outcomes, and interested in expanding their clinical expertise--particularly in working with individuals with dual diagnoses and adult populations.
Minimum Requirements:
Current Board Certification from the BACB (BCBA/BCaBA)
Master's Degree in related field, approved by the BACB
Ability to work with a variety of clients in regard to age, functionality, and with minimal direction
Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention programs based on the client's needs to include behavior acquisition and reduction programs using ABA principles
Write monthly progress reports
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA's)
Provide caregiver training
Supervision / Direct Treatment
Supervision of RBT's

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
