Honey Beehavior Analysis is locally owned and operated by dedicated clinicians. We are committed to providing ethical, assent-based treatment that respects and empowers every learner. We take a naturalistic, individualized approach to ABA, delivering high-quality services tailored to each learner and the environments where they need support most. We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated part-time and full-time BCBAs to join our growing team in the following areas:

Responsibilities

- Conduct patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and goals

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles

- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors

- Collaborate with caregivers, educators, and other professionals to ensure consistency in treatment approach

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

- Provide training and support to staff working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities

- Maintain accurate and detailed records and treatment documentation

- Combination of remote and in-person service delivery

-Home based office with periodic in person meetings at company office

Experience

Required:

- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification

- Current Utah LBA in good standing

- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis techniques including conducting functional behavior assessments and developing behavior intervention plans.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $76,000.00 per year
