Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will help improve the quality of life for our clients and their families.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and diagnostic evaluations to identify client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals. Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and monitor progress through data collection. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to care. Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavioral strategies and interventions. Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in intake processes to gather relevant information about clients' backgrounds and needs. Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and special education.

Requirements

Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required. Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or developmental disabilities. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques. Proficiency in data collection methods and patient assessment practices. Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation standards, and record-keeping protocols. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
