We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs and support individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder. In this role, you will develop, implement, and oversee evidence-based behavioral strategies to promote meaningful progress and improve quality of life. You will collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards. Duties
Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Design, implement, and supervise behavior intervention programs grounded in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles tailored to each client's unique needs.
Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
Provide training and ongoing support to caregivers, family members, and staff on behavioral therapy techniques and strategies.
Ensure all medical records, documentation, and treatment plans adhere to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including special education professionals, medical providers, and behavioral health specialists to coordinate care.
Lead intake sessions for new clients, ensuring thorough understanding of client history and establishing clear treatment objectives.
Requirements
Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility for certification with relevant experience.
Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy methods, and diagnostic evaluation procedures.
Experience with data collection systems, medical terminology, medical documentation, and patient records management.
Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities in diverse settings while demonstrating patience and empathy.
Familiarity with HIPAA regulations related to patient privacy and confidentiality.
