We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Clinical Supervisor to lead our team in providing high-quality care to individuals with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of behavioral therapy practices. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards, and fostering a supportive environment for both staff and clients.
Duties
Supervise and mentor clinical staff in the delivery of patient care, ensuring adherence to best practices in behavioral therapy.
Oversee the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis.
Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client progress, utilizing research data collection methods.
Provide training and support to staff on effective strategies for working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery and improve client outcomes.
Ensure that all clinical activities are aligned with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
Maintain a reduced caseload as needed TBD during contracting
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a clinical or healthcare setting, particularly focused on children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
Strong knowledge of medical documentation practices and experience managing medical records.
Familiarity with applied behavior analysis techniques and behavioral therapy methodologies.
Experience conducting research data collection related to patient care outcomes.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, families, and team members.
