Your Role
As a BCaBA, you'll work under the supervision of a BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA services to children with autism. You'll help guide treatment implementation, support Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with families to foster lasting growth.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct therapy and implement individualized treatment plans
Assist in conducting assessments and developing goal-driven interventions
Monitor client progress, collect and analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
Train, supervise, and mentor Behavior Technicians
Collaborate with families to support generalization of skills
Participate in team meetings and ongoing clinical development
Maintain compliance with BACB guidelines and ethical standards
What You Bring
Active
BCaBA certification
in good standing
Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Excellent communication and time management skills
A collaborative spirit and passion for making a difference
