Position Summary

Sales Associate

, you'll be the face of our store--helping customers choose the right wireless plans and devices, solving problems, and ensuring a positive, seamless experience. If you're passionate about technology, enjoy talking to people, and love achieving results, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasm Promote and explain Total Wireless products, plans, and accessories Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals Troubleshoot customer concerns and provide product support Perform daily store operations (opening/closing, inventory, merchandising) Stay informed on current promotions and product updates Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (preferred) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic comfort with smartphones and technology Dependable, punctual, and available to work flexible hours (including weekends and holidays) Motivated to achieve goals and deliver great service
