Key Responsibilities:

Manage and follow up on a large, underutilized lead list using our CRM Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers Independently manage your accounts and drive sales growth Collaborate with the sales team to diversify and expand the customer base Provide exceptional customer service and account management Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets Maintain accurate CRM records for all interactions and sales activity

Qualifications:

Bilingual in English and Vietnamese required

Previous experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus Must be able to work on-site during scheduled hours

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Pay: $16.00/hour (based on 40-hour workweek) Commission: 3% on all sales to existing and new clients under your management
