Pay: $15-$21/hr + Uncapped Commission

Overview

Join Ad Boost as a Bilingual Sales Representative -- you'll take charge of day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and deliver top-tier customer experiences. You'll lead an energetic team, provide strong leadership, and help customers connect with the latest wireless solutions.

Responsibilities

Motivate and guide the team to consistently meet and beat sales targets Deliver excellent customer service and keep overall store satisfaction high Manage store operations including inventory control, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures Train, coach, and support team members to help them succeed Keep the store well-presented and maintain merchandising standards Lead community-oriented marketing efforts and local outreach Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and with care

Qualifications

Fluency in both Spanish and English preferred Prior experience in retail or sales management (wireless industry is a plus) Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational ability Goal-oriented, dependable, and professional attitude Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
