Responsibilities
Welcome customers in-store and over the phone with friendly, professional support Match each customer with the best phones, plans, and accessories Consistently achieve and surpass personal and store sales targets Handle activations, payments, and troubleshooting with care Stay informed on the latest products, promotions, and services Contribute to a positive and team-focused store culture
Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred Motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn Reliable transportation and flexible schedule availability
