We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while assisting them with their shopping needs. You will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash transactions and credit card payments. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor by restocking shelves and managing inventory. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Utilize basic math skills to process transactions accurately and manage cash handling duties. Assist with visual merchandising to create appealing displays that attract customers. Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering customer calls or inquiries. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively sell products and services. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
