A machine and tooling whole sales company is looking for a

Bilingual Japanese / English Client Services Representative

to join their team in Florence, KY office. This position is responsible for addressing customer inquiries on products.

A bachelor's degree, and the ability to read, write, and speak Japanese is asset. (There is a Japanese Sales Manager who recently moved to USA in the Sales team. They are still not fluent in English, so we are looking for someone who can speak Japanese. JLPT N3 above is ideal. ) However, you will use mainly English to communicate clients.

Bilingual Japanese/English Client Services Representative Duties:

Log customer data and inquiry information into proprietary system.

Work with our partner supplier to provide set up service support and troubleshooting issues. Manage customer entries into our billing database for the purpose of generating invoices. Work together and problem solve along with the product team to assist in resolving issues. Develop strong knowledge of internal policies and procedures in order to effectively execute processes. Keep close communication with the Senior Sales Representatives or Sales Manager on daily tasks and progress. Answer and address customer inquiries related to our cash management products. Other duties are assigned by your managers.

Bilingual Japanese/English Client Services Representative Skills:

Must have a bachelor's degree

Must be able to speak, read, and write Japanese Ability to use time efficiently and effectively and remain customer service oriented while handling large volumes of customer inquiries. Ability to effectively multi-task a broad range of activities, tasks, and outcomes. Builds constructive and effective relationships with internal and external parties, using diplomacy, respect, and tact. Clean Drivers record and valid driver's silence in USA
