Bilingual General Foreman

A General Foreman is responsible for supervising a minimum of 10 tree crews within their respective utility division. This includes but is not limited to planning work for their respective crews, working with utility arborists and managers on projects, complete weekly payroll and timesheets for their crews, daily tracking of progress on projects and report back directly to the utility manager with updates provide support to the crew(s) where needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Lift at least 25lbs

Bend, squat, kneel, twist, climb, pull, sit and stand for long periods

Work in all weather conditions i.e., rain, snow, wind, sun, etc.

Wear all required PPE.

Able to communicate well with others.

Organizational and time management skills

Proficient in computers, Microsoft Office Suite and other related software

Must have a valid, active drivers license with a clean driving record.

Weekend and night flexibility when needed

Bilingual is required.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' industry experience and 3 years experience as a General Foreman. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen. Valid and active driver's license is required. Tree industry related certifications and licenses, i.e., arborists license(s), ISA certifications, CDL, etc., are preferred, but not required. No formal educational degree required.
