Bilingual Call Center Representative

Job Description
TVR Communications, headquartered in Lake Success, NY, is the leading provider of interactive patient systems in the healthcare industry. We are currently looking for part-time Call Center Representatives for our 24/7/365 Call Center which provides support to our customer base of hospital professionals and patients. Required Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience processing debit/credit card payments
- Proficient with Windows operating system and Google Workspace
- Preference will be given to Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates
- Part-time \xe2\x80\x93 approximately 32 hours per week
- Holidays
- Open Shift: Sunday: 12:30pm to 8:30pm, Tuesday & Thursday: 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Wednesday: 12:30pm to 9:00pm
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One-year customer service experience
- Candidates will require high speed reliable internet and a private workspace
- Equipment will be provided, as needed
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability
- Bonus pay
- Call center: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
- Spanish (Required)
