Experienced Beverage Program Manager- The Sounder

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Beverage Program Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced food service environment at Wilmington's newest restaurant- The Sounder. The Sounder will be large a coastal-inspired restaurant that plans to open in the winter of 2025, where the vibrant energy of the coast meets a sophisticated, yet comfortable dining and cocktail experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Compensation will be based on candidate qualifications and experience.

Requirements:

-

Experience in FOH restaurant management, specifically bar management;

-Experience cocktail bartending at a high volume establishment;

-Ability to problem-solve during busy situations and provide solutions;

-Knowledge and implementation of sanitation and food-safety handling procedures;

-Desire to lead and work with a team to create an excellent customer experience;

-Understanding and adherence to NC ABC guidelines;

-Understanding and implementation of inventory system for bar;

-Availability for nights, weekends and some holidays; and

-Other duties assigned by Management.

Physical Requirements:

Constant standing/walking

Occasional stooping, kneeling or crawling

Occasional pushing, pulling, lifting or carrying up to 50 lbs.

Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs, ramps

Compensation/ Benefits:

- Based on experience.
