This position will partially be based in the following office location. Manchester, NH

However, partial remote work from the following states may also be considered: Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Benefits Director, you will assist and coordinate a broad range of benefit processing support in the administration of the University\xe2\x80\x99s Retirement Programs and Tuition Benefits. You will provide exceptional service to the benefits team and University employees. You will have knowledge of employee benefits and excellent MS Excel skills with proficiency in vlookups, pivot tables, concatenating data, and data analysis.

In this Role You\'ll Get To:

  • Provide generalist tasks supporting over 12000 employees nationwide including assisting with employee questions through email, phone, and service portal
  • Help coordinate projects for retirement and tuition benefits.
  • Provide data entry, maintaining reports, monthly metrics, with ongoing data management.
  • Assist with communications, meetings, and programs for managers and associates.
  • Help with data collection for preparing all governmental filling requirements.
  • Advise associates on eligibility for benefit offerings, assist employees with questions and resolve concerns.
  • Help administer internal tuition benefit, external tuition exchange programs and retirement programs. This includes data management of requests, assisting employees and preparing benefits for approval and monitoring.
  • Assist with routine and special projects.
What we\'re Looking For:
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Finance, a related field, or equivalent education/years of experience.
  • One to three years related experience as an employee benefits administrator, with Retirement plan management experience.
  • Experience in customer service for a large multi-unit geographic separated business Functional/technical proficiency with HR/Benefits systems.
  • Proficiency in MS Office products (Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Technical proficiency with HR/Benefits systems
