The role of the Benefits Specialist is to perform all functions related to the reconciliation and administration of Pelican State Credit Union\xe2\x80\x99s benefits and retirement plans. This includes educating employees on the benefits offered, facilitating all aspects of annual Open Enrollment, completing enrollment and termination processing for all benefits and retirement plans, performing benefits reconciliations, audits, and all other related tasks. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for serving others. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel, is a must! They should be comfortable working independently and as a contributing member of a team. Meeting deadlines and attention to detail are critical pieces of this position. Our Benefits Specialist must embody Pelican\xe2\x80\x99s Core Values and provide excellent service in all that they do.
