What You'll Do as a Benefits Consultant

Meet with business owners and HR decision-makers to assess needs and present benefits solutions Negotiate contracts and explain plan options clearly and professionally Manage prospects and follow-ups using a CRM tool Deliver exceptional customer service and long-term relationship management Represent TF Partners with integrity, passion, and professionalism

Qualifications

6+ months of sales, customer service, or consultative experience (preferred) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Highly coachable, eager to learn, and goal-oriented Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed
