Summary

The Benefits and Wellness Coordinator assists employees with benefit enrollment and questions, manages all insurance billing, and maintains employee benefit elections in HRIS and employee benefits files.

Qualifications

Required


Prior experience in Human Resources related roles (HRBP, HR generalist, HR Benefits or HR representative) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Strong knowledge of employee benefits regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred


SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM - CP) OR SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) Experience with administering benefits in healthcare organization Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
