Bell Person

Part time 5pm-11pm Sunday-Thursday

Performs general guest room and public area light maintenance. Checks guest rooms for maintenance issues and performs any light maintenance needed. Performs basic preventive maintenance in rooms Responds in a timely, courteous manner to guest questions or requests. Properly maintains tools, work spaces and equipment. Monthly preventive maintenance Carpet cleaning/guest rooms Completes preventive maintenance checklists and other maintenance records. Follow all policies and procedures. Meeting room set ups & Breakdowns Performs other duties as assigned by Maintenance manager and/or General Manager.

Qualifications

Knowledge of basic property maintenance a plus-Not required Customer Service Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop and reach upward.
