Overview:

Cambrian Homecare, LLC is hiring individuals with the passion to provide one-on-one care to children or adults with developmental disabilities in their homes.

Classes will be provided for those with no Registered Behavioral Technician Experience!

Hourly Wage:

Pay rate is based upon assigned client(s) location ($22.00-$28.00)
Responsibilities:
Provide support for developmentally disabled individuals with challenging behaviors, to relieve family members from daily living activities. Implement behavior management strategies including responding to physically aggressive behavior, as trained. Engage with the client through activities that they enjoy. Recognize and respond to behavioral patterns to anticipate and prevent triggers for behaviors. Provide crisis intervention with the client's safety in mind. Maintain a positive relationship with the client and family.

Qualifications:
18+ years old Ability to pass a background check, live scan, and reference check Current TB test, Physical, CPR and First Aid certification (valid within 30 days of hire)
