The Quality Control Consulting Employee develops quality assurance programs ensuring that data, metrics, and reports gathered, managed, and reported are within contract standards and ensures compliance with credentialing and training of all personnel. Serves as a member of the leadership project management team ensuring service delivery and contract deliverable execution.

This position will support the Military One Source contract in anticipation of future work.

The Military OneSource Program provides 24/7 support services for military members and their families, similar to a commercial Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This program provides a broad array of information, resources, education, referrals, and counseling to about 4.7 million participants which includes military service members, their families, and eligible civilians at locations worldwide. The Military OneSource program serves as a \xe2\x80\x9cone source\xe2\x80\x9d for resource and information encompassing a comprehensive support system.

Primary Responsibilities

Designs, implements, and monitors quality operations and compliance Responsible for performance measurements and analytics, customer reporting, policies and procedures, quality of all services and service delivery tracking, coordination of satisfaction surveys, performance guarantee tracking, integration of quality improvement processes and compliance oversight

Responsible for data reporting and analysis, overseeing training, ensuring adherence to compliance policies and procedures, and ensuring that counselors are practicing within scope

Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications

A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited graduate program in a mental health related field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling

A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in a similar program

Must be an U.S. citizen

Must speak fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a military environment

Former Military/Veteran, Military Spouse, or Wounded Warrior

Pay Range:

Pay Range $130,000.00 - $160,000.00
