Shift Consultation LLC provides behavioral health support in the state of Oregon. We primarily focus on writing behavior plans for adults who are aging and/or have disabilities. We are looking for reliable, kind and flexible individuals who reside in Central or Eastern Oregon. You will maintain a caseload of 5-10 aging adults with behavioral challenges. This work includes performing assessments, in-person interviews, writing behavior plans, providing training for care teams and ongoing support throughout the year. The work is primarily remote but requires some in-person work which can be scheduled at your own convenience. Requirements: Reliable transportation Strong communication skills Empathetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst OR 5+ years working with people with disabilities/aging adults, a Bachelors degree in Education, Psychology or Social Work and experience with behavior supports. Self-management skills Job Types: Part-time, Contract Pay: $35.00 - $60.00 per hour Benefits:
