Behavior Assistant Location: Woodland Elementary School Schedule: 2025-2026 School Year Hours 8:15 2:45 Salary: Per Contract $19.10 $24.92/hour based on experience & certificationTo Start: November 2025Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED requiredBachelors Degree preferred Knowledge and experience of the following are preferred: Previous Special Education experienceExperience working with students with disabilitiesBehavior management trainingCPI restraint training preferredWilling and able to train Duties: Provide/support direct educational services Work with students with disabilitiesWork collaboratively with others in classroom (sub-separate and/or inclusion)Create opportunities for generalization and maintenance of skillsCompletion of daily log as necessaryMaintain student notebook in neat and orderly mannerMaintain student specific materials, reinforcersParticipate in program meetings/trainings Review progress on IEP goalsSupport students in ADL (self-care & hygiene, toileting and other needs identified by the students IEP and/or care plan).Perform other duties as assigned by Lead Teacher and/or Administrator
