As a Behavior Analyst at BHN, you will deliver high-quality behavioral health services in home, outpatient, and community settings. You'll conduct assessments, design treatment plans, and provide training and consultation to help individuals build meaningful skills and reduce challenging behaviors. You'll also work closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure that treatment plans are practical, culturally appropriate, and goal-oriented.
Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs
Design data collection systems and monitor treatment effectiveness
Deliver behavioral consultation and training to caregivers, staff, and collateral providers
Collaborate with schools, IEP/IFSP teams, and other support systems
Document all services clearly and submit progress notes and treatment plans in a timely manner
Provide modeling and coaching to caregivers and team members on intervention strategies

What You'll Bring:
Master's Degree in a mental health field (required)
BCBA certification or eligibility within one year (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience in behavior analysis, including functional assessments and plan development
Experience working in home or community-based settings with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral challenges
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Must be 21 years of age or older
