Job Description

Caps is a small taphouse and bottle shop in Downtown Camas. A sense of community and camaraderie is at the heart of the business. We have a small but mighty staff of six people and we are looking for an enthusiastic individual who wants to be a long-term addition to our tight-knit team. :
-The main job is to be able to provide a friendly and personable experience while helping customers find their way to the perfect beer. Passion for craft beer, knowledge of product and the ability to talk with customers about the beers is an absolute must. Other job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Mixing cocktails/pouring glasses of wine
-Preparing appetizers/simple food items from our menu of bites and nibbles
-Maintaining a tidy and sanitary work environment (sweeping, mopping, dusting, cleaning etc.)
-Opening and closing duties such as restocking
-Filling crowlers/growlers and selling bottles and cans to go
-Occasional light food prep
-Setting up cash tills and accurately ringing up customers through our POS system
-Attending occasional staff meetings/deep cleanings Requirements:
-21+ age requirement
-Know and love craft beer
-Have some familiarity with basic cocktails or at the very least have a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude and willingness to learn
-Be able to lift up to 50lbs
-Have the ability to multi-task and function independently
-Valid food handler\xe2\x80\x99s and Washington MAST permit Current Schedule Available and Pay:
-Tuesday Trivia Night
-Saturdays
-Sundays
-Fill in shifts for when there are other request-offs
