Rent is payable monthly at the rate $400/monthly.

HAIR STYLIST REQUIREMENTS

Provide Community with proof of current Workers' Compensation Insurance coverage unless Beautician has no employees and is personally exempt from such insurance coverage requirements Maintain current beautician's professional and premises liability insurance and provide Community with evidence of such coverage Maintain the Beauty Salon in a clean and safe condition at all times Order and pay for all necessary supplies in the operation of the Beauty Salon, unless otherwise arranged through the Community Executive Director Provide Community with a schedule of rates, Community must approve prior to use Operate the beauty Salon on a regularly scheduled basis, and in a manner acceptable to the Community Executive Director and the residents, acknowledging the Beauty Salon is operated primarily for the convenience of and availability to the residents of Community Pay to the Community rent in the amount of $400 per month for the use of Salon, due and payable by the 5th of each month Act at all times in a manner that is supportive of the Community and its management Maintain a current shop or salon license and a current beautician's license

HAIR STYLIST QUALIFICATIONS

Must have valid state cosmetology or barbers license Should have experience working with geriatric customers, including memory care residents
