We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented
Business Development Team Lead
to support our Fixed Operations call center. This role is pivotal in driving agent performance, enhancing customer experience, and supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about team development and process improvement.

What you will do:
Provide consistent, hands-on support to Business Development Center (BDC) agents.
Aid in driving agent performance through coaching, feedback, and performance monitoring.
Assist in on boarding and training of new team members to ensure a smooth transition and strong foundation.
Support the Business Development Manager in daily operations and strategic goal achievement.
Ensure customer expectations are met throughout the service process.
Deliver timely and accurate reporting to support decision-making and performance tracking.
Handle complex or sensitive customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
Assign outbound tasks and monitor follow-through to ensure productivity.
Ensure timely and appropriate responses to customer and prospect emails.
Uphold and enforce all company policies and procedures.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in a call center or customer service leadership role preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in reporting tools and CRM systems is a plus.
