The BDC Sales Representative is responsible managing and enhancing customer interactions through our Business Development Center (BDC). As a BDC Sales representative, you will engage with customers via phone, email, and online platforms, providing them with exceptional service and support throughout their automotive purchasing journey. Your primary objective will be to drive traffic to our dealership by generating leads, nurturing relationships, and maintaining follow-up communications with potential buyers. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Manage inbound and outbound customer communications through various channels including phone and email.
Qualify leads and maintain a structured follow-up process to ensure customer engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and provide essential information to facilitate the sales process.
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and provide accurate reporting on leads and conversions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop strategies to reach them effectively.
Assist in the development of promotional campaigns to attract new customers and increase dealership sales.
Provide exceptional customer service, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
