Maserati Alfa Romeo of Monmouth is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for driving business growth by generating leads, developing sales pipelines, and converting prospects into customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of sales processes, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to earn commission based on personal performance of generating leads to sales
Duties
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to ensure continuous lead generation
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external parties
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements
- Familiar with VinSolutions
- Proven experience in automotive sales
- A strong background in sales pipeline management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in an outbound sales environment
