Are you energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about helping people find the right vehicle? Hunter Auto Group is looking for a

full-time, on-site BDC (Business Development Center) Sales Agent

to join our growing dealership team. Automotive or sales experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate who brings strong communication skills, motivation, and a positive attitude!



As our BDC Sales Agent, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement, setting appointments, and supporting our showroom sales team while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to inbound and outbound internet leads, phone calls, texts, and emails Communicate with customers regarding vehicle availability, features, and next steps Schedule and confirm sales appointments with the showroom team Maintain consistent customer follow-up Stay knowledgeable on dealership inventory and current automotive market trends Deliver outstanding customer service across all communication channels

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills Confident and professional phone presence Ability to multitask in a fast-paced dealership environment Organized, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Basic computer and CRM experience Internet sales, automotive BDC, call center, or sales experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent Ability to pass background check and drug screening
