As a BCBA on our team, you will take on a pivotal role in designing and implementing evidence-based programs that empower children and their families in a collaborative, supportive environment.
What You'll Do:
o Perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on applied behavior analysis principles.
o Supervise and train behavior technicians, providing ongoing support, feedback, and evaluation.
o Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to create individualized goals and strategies across various settings.
o Deliver therapy services when necessary, teaching functional skills and implementing behavior management techniques.
o Maintain detailed documentation of client progress, session notes, and intervention plans in compliance with professional standards.
What You Bring:
o A Master's degree or equivalent in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
o Certification as a BCBA in good standing.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
o Dedication to ethical practice, confidentiality, and professionalism.
o Organizational skills to manage tasks independently in a dynamic environment.
