Position Overview
Children's Milestone ABA is seeking dedicated
Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
to join our growing clinical team. This position is primarily remote, with
in-person reassessments required
.
BCBAs will manage a small, focused caseload to ensure quality care and professional balance. The ideal candidate is compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct descriptive and functional behavioral assessments, including formal functional analyses.
Develop, implement, and oversee ethical and practical ABA-based treatment plans.
Provide
remote supervision
of RBTs and clinical programming; conduct
in-person reassessments
as required.
Design and monitor individualized skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
Utilize ABA principles to teach and strengthen adaptive behaviors such as social interaction, self-management, and on-task behavior.
Communicate assessment results, progress, and recommendations to families in a supportive, professional manner.
Provide ongoing staff training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned families, ensuring consistent communication and support.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current
BCBA certification
and
state licensure (LBA)
in applicable state(s).
Minimum of
1 year of experience
providing ABA services (preferred, not required).
Active
malpractice insurance
.
Strong clinical judgment and the ability to interpret various behavioral assessments.
Experience supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or related developmental conditions.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary:
$94,000 - $96,000 base +
bonus potential up to $5,000
(total earnings up to ~$100,000).
Caseload:
Maximum of 10 clients.
Expected Billable Hours:
35 per week.
