, providing expert behavioral support to a local school district. We are seeking a passionate and skilled clinician to join a highly collaborative team structure designed to maximize your clinical effectiveness by significantly minimizing administrative burdens. This remote-based position focuses on delivering exceptional, high-quality applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, developing sophisticated treatment protocols, and remotely mentoring staff within educational and specialized program settings. You will be instrumental in driving positive behavioral and educational outcomes while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Key Responsibilities

In the Educational Environment (School Year Focus):



Collaborate remotely with

teachers and case managers

within the local school district to ensure the seamless implementation of behavior supports. Focus clinical efforts on achieving approved

Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

for students. Provide clinical oversight and support to Behavior Therapists for managing behaviors within the school setting.

In the Specialized Programs (Friday & Summer Focus):



Lead the design, implementation, and clinical oversight of

data-driven treatment plans

and behavior intervention plans. Systematically

monitor client progress

and make timely adjustments to treatment protocols based on data analysis. Prepare precise and comprehensive reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies. Deliver effective and essential

parent and caregiver training

via telehealth and ensure the maintenance of high clinical quality standards. Note: On days when the school district is closed during the school year, opportunities may arise to supervise home-based therapy for specialized program clients, coordinated remotely.*

Across All Settings (Weekly Requirements):



Supervise, coach, and train

a dedicated team of Behavior Therapists remotely, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA. Lead mandatory

bimonthly team meetings

, provide constructive performance feedback, and actively facilitate professional growth opportunities for staff. Efficiently manage a caseload to maintain a minimum of

30 billable hours per week

, maximizing direct clinical engagement and oversight.
Requirements

Completion of a

Master's degree

in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related, recognized field. Must hold a current, active

BCBA certification

. Significant professional experience successfully working with individuals with

autism spectrum disorder and diverse developmental needs

. Demonstrated high proficiency and comfort level utilizing technology for clinical data collection, scheduling, and remote service delivery (e.g., electronic platforms, tablets). Successful clearance of all required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, recent TB test, and documentation of current immunizations.
Preferred Qualifications

Possession of

CANS certification

is highly preferred. Possession of

CPI or MANDT training certification

is highly preferred.

Fluency in Spanish

is a valuable asset that strengthens communication with families and clients.
What We Offer

An attractive first-year total earnings potential ranging from

$91,000 to $106,000

, which includes a base salary of $80,000 to $95,000 and potential for up to $6,000 in monthly performance-based earnings annually. A stable, predictable work schedule primarily via telehealth:

School Year Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (School Days); Friday, 8:30 AM-4:30 PM (Friday Program).

Summer Program Schedule:
