, allowing you to concentrate your expertise on delivering high-quality ABA services, developing sophisticated treatment plans, and remotely mentoring staff. You will be a crucial driver of positive behavioral and educational outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities
In the Educational Environment (Telehealth to School Setting):
Collaborate remotely
with teachers and case managers in the Nampa School District to ensure the effective implementation of behavior support plans.
Direct clinical efforts toward achieving approved
Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
for students.
Provide clinical oversight and support to Behavior Therapists remotely, assisting with behavior management strategies in the school environment.
In the Specialized Programs (Telehealth Oversight):
Lead the design, implementation, and clinical oversight of
data-driven treatment plans
and behavior intervention plans for the Friday and Summer Programs.
Systematically
monitor client progress
and make timely, data-informed adjustments to treatment protocols.
Prepare comprehensive reports detailing client progress, behavior assessment outcomes, and intervention strategies.
Deliver effective and essential
parent and caregiver training
via telehealth, ensuring high clinical quality standards are maintained.
Across All Settings (Weekly Requirements):
Supervise, coach, and train
the team of Behavior Therapists remotely, ensuring adherence to the best practices of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Lead mandatory bimonthly team meetings and provide consistent performance feedback.
Maintain a minimum of
30 billable hours per week
, prioritizing direct clinical engagement and supervision.

Qualifications
Master's degree
in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Current
BCBA certification

Experience working with individuals with autism and developmental needs.

Current TB test, immunization records, and background check clearance.
Preferred:
CANS certification, CPI or MANDT training certification,
Spanish-speaking
