Location: Sterling Heights, Michigan

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | In-Home & Clinic-Based

Roles and Responsibilities



Develop and manage individualized ABA treatment plans for clients. Conduct assessments and adjust programming based on progress. Supervise, train, and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians. Collaborate with caregivers, families, and internal teams to support generalization of skills. Analyze data to ensure care meets clinical, ethical, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate documentation and comply with insurance and regulatory requirements. Help build training platforms and feedback systems to support staff development.

Compensation and schedule



Pay Range

: $40-$65 per hour (or salary equivalent), depending on experience and role type

Scheduling Options

:

+ Full-time (30-40 hours/week)
+ Part-time (15-29 hours/week)
+ Evening cases available (optional)

BCBA skill and qualification requirements



Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Active Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing Michigan state license (or eligibility to obtain) Strong leadership and communication skills Experience supervising RBTs and delivering family-centered ABA care Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home visits
