Job Overview


Behavior Analyst

Collaborates with: Parents, Educational Providers, Related Service Providers

Oversees: Behavior Technicians

: Assesses client deficits and determines appropriate treatment plan. Trains and supervises Behavior Technicians in implementation of treatment plan. Reviews and updates treatment plan as needed. Collaborates with parents, related service providers and members of client's care team.

Responsibilities:

Perform initial evaluation, including assessments Write initial treatment plan detailing findings and goals for treatment Train parents and BTs in implementation of treatment plan Regularly supervise treatment and review relevant records to determine response to treatment Provide staff training Meet with parents to train in behavior management, acquisition of skills relevant in the
home/community setting as well as in the generalization of skills taught by BT

Regularly modify treatment plan based on above activities Provide periodic re-evaluations and updated treatment plans Coordinate care with related service and medical providers Coordinate care with school and/or other caregivers Encourage BTs to communicate questions, complaints, and grievances, ensure filing if needed
Qualifications:

Master's degree in ABA, Education, or related field BACB Certification; meets BACB supervision training requirements LBA Certification

Essential Knowledge and Skills:



Knowledge of ABA principles, techniques, and evidence-based interventions Knowledge of Ethics code Familiarity with ABLLS, AFLS, VB MAPP, VINELAND, etc. Proficiency in data analysis Knowledgeable about the diverse needs of individuals with autism, and passionate about helping them achieve their potential Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively in writing Excellent leadership communication skills, to enable effective communication with clients' families, supervisees, and other providers Manages time effectively, and produces high quality work within deadlines Punctual and reliable; organized and pays close attention to detail
Pay: $90,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
