We're looking to fill 2 openings for our service line, slicing briskets and BBQ for our customers. We're looking for previous BBQ experience. We'll train you how to provide the service our customers expect from Kafi BBQ. Shifts will be 8 hours, and we sell on Friday, Saturday Sunday each weekend. We can also use help with our meat trimming during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), depending on your availability. This will also need a lot of hands on training by the pit master and Owner Salahodeen.
Responsibilities
Slice smoked meats, including Wagyu Brisket, Wagyu Dino Ribs, Wagyu Back Ribs, Lamb Spare Ribs; and serve our smoked Sausages and burnt ends in our meat serving station on the line.
Assist with our meat trimming during the week if available
Clean your station diligently throughout the day.
Maintain a proper food safety and sanitization permit and follow all food handling protocols.
Previous Experience
Previous experience in Restaurant service required.
Previous experience in BBQ Highly sought after
Previous Butchery experience highly sought after
Pay
Rates start at $20/hour + tips (split evenly among staff for each service weekend by hours worked), paid biweekly
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 - 30.0 per week
