About CH3 Training

CH3 Training is a basketball skills and performance brand focused on developing confident, skilled, and competitive players. We work with youth, high school, and college athletes through high-energy workouts that emphasize fundamentals, game situations, and consistency.

We're looking for a motivated basketball coach to assist with sessions, run workouts independently when needed, and help grow the brand through basic marketing and outreach.

Responsibilities

On-Court Coaching

Assist with basketball skill workouts (individuals & small groups) Lead and run full sessions when the head coach is unavailable Teach fundamentals: ball handling, shooting, finishing, footwork, and decision-making Maintain high energy, structure, and professionalism during sessions Help manage groups and keep workouts organized and on time

Operations & Coverage

Be reliable and punctual for scheduled sessions Communicate clearly with athletes and parents when covering workouts Uphold CH3 Training standards when running sessions independently

Marketing & Growth

Take short workout videos (iPhone-level content is fine) Assist with posting or sending content for Instagram/social media Help follow up with leads (DMs, texts, or inquiries) Represent the CH3 brand professionally online and in person

Qualifications

Basketball playing or coaching experience (high school, college, or equivalent) Strong communication skills with athletes and parents High energy, positive attitude, and coachable mindset Comfortable being on camera and capturing content Dependable and trustworthy when running sessions solo

Bonus (Not Required):

Prior training or coaching certifications Social media or content creation experience Strength & conditioning background

Schedule & Pay

Mostly evenings and weekends Flexible schedule depending on availability

Pay:
