As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers while preparing high-quality beverages, chocolate items, and ice cream. This position requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, chocolate items, and ice cream according to established recipes and standards. Operate the Clover POS system for order processing and payment transactions. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain

cleanliness

and organization of the workspace, including equipment, counters, and chocolate display cases. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of coffee beans, syrups, milks, and other supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health regulations during food preparation.

Skills

Proficient in coffee preparation techniques with a passion for the beverage industry. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a busy environment. Excellent customer service skills to create positive interactions with guests. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively. Previous experience in the coffee industry is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
