Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated Baristas to join our Caffe Cino team. As a Barista, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a memorable experience.
Responsibilities
Greet and serve guests in a friendly and efficient manner Take guest orders and deliver accordingly Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience Fill up side or service counter with items needed for daily operations Operates machines to make and serve beverages such as coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Skills
Previous barista/customer service experience preferred Proficient in food handling and food safety practices Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Excellent guest service and guest relations skills Ability to upsell and increase sales through effective communication Knowledge of bar operations is a plus Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Ability to work collaboratively with team members
