Glass House Coffee & Kitchen is looking to add one barista to our small team! We are a small coffee shop in the Whiteaker neighborhood serving coffee & breakfast from 7am-4pm daily. We are a small team of 5 and focus on serving good coffee and connecting with our customers while being an open, supportive spot for community members to meet and spend time at. We are serving pastries from sweet life and a small breakfast menu of breakfast sandwiches, biscuits & gravy, granola, and a few other options.
We roast our own coffee and aim to serve specialty coffee drinks. Coffee experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person. This position is a mix of solo working and working with one other team member. It is often fast paced so the ability to multi task and work efficiently is required.
Our starting wage is $14/hr and we have raises for 6 months, 1 year, and every year after. We are looking for someone who enjoys coffee and food and working with a small team! We look forward to hearing from you. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $14.00 per hour Benefits:
