Fourtillfour Cafe is centered around the community of speciality coffee and vintage cars. We've been roasting our very own Four Coffee since 2018, and are dedicated to bringing goodness to the communities we're in. We are passionate about our specialty farm-to-table coffees, which we roast weekly in the desert, and are focused on creating a friendly and hospitable environment for all our customers. We are looking for a stellar Barista to join our team and represent Four Coffee to its highest standard.

You will:

Ensure that the products and customer service are delivered with the utmost hospitality and meet our high standards of excellence Regularly taste coffee drinks prepared in the shop to ensure that the product is well-made and represents quality standards Know and comprehend the Four Coffee story, Fourtillfour story, and brand goals Maintain a clean workspace Represent the Four Coffee brand on-site and off-site Be responsible for opening and closing duties Be knowledgeable about the food items we serve, and the latest beans we are brewing, roasting, and selling Bring ideas, improvements and feedback to meetings to ensure that the shop is consistently performing to its high standards

You are:

Someone who enthusiastically shares in the vision and brand of Fourtillfour Cafe and Four Coffee Responsible, timely and obsessed with maintaining a clean shop A direct communicator Trustworthy A multitasker Professional and reliable - you will not represent any coffee brand other than Four Coffee 18 years or older

You have:

2 year+ working in a speciality coffee shop Experience in third-wave, specialty coffee Strong technical barista skills in all areas of drink preparation (espresso shots, milk temperatures, latte art, etc) A flexible schedule with

availability on weekends

and some holidays
